In 2004, the Medford Historic Advisory Board had interpretive markers placed at 63 historic sites and structures and also published a guide book to those places. That guidebook is reproduced below with the permission of the Township of Medford . There a some very slight differences in text between this and the published version. That is because this was based on what may have been a pre-publication version of the work and because of our own cautiois, very occasional, editing. Also, since the file came without illustrations, we will be adding them later.
